Welcome to Dollars for Scholars of Lancaster County (formerly Citizens' Scholarship Foundation of Lancaster County). Dollars for Scholars of Lancaster County is a non-profit organization founded in 1961 to provide financial assistance to deserving Lancaster County, PA residents who want to further their education but have limited financial resources.  

This financial help comes in the form of interest-free loans for up to four years, as long as the student demonstrates financial need and maintains a good school record.
